POSTURE, MEDITATION AND INQUIRY
The daily practice of yoga poses (asana), sitting to meditate (dhyana) and the process of personal inquiry (svadhyaya) is a pathway to health and wellbeing and I can help guide you on that process to a better self.

MY HOURS
I work when you need me to be there for your team!
I can provide you with services before normal working hours, at lunch times, after normal working hours and over the weekend.
It is my intention to be available to you when you want me to be available. Let's work something out!
MY LOCATION
I am based in Christchurch, New Zealand.
I teach group classes at:
Subud, 105 Bridle Path Road, Ferrymead, Christchurch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 am and on Monday and Wednesday at 5:00 pm.
Mount Pleasant Community Centre, 3 McCormacks Bay Road, Mount Pleasant on Thursdays at 9:30 am
The Bridge Hub at South New Brighton, 51 Bridge Street, South New Brighton on Sundays at 9 am
For corporate customers, I bring my services to your venue, whether that be your offices, a conference venue or retreat venue.
By negotiation I am willing to organise a venue and catering to provide a comprehensive package for your event and programme.
